> to develop materials and resources that aid youthworkers and Church leaders in their local mission to reach people with the gospel.

history >
the bigskytrust is an umbrella for several projects that have been successfully running since 1996. In that year Keith Ayling launched the ccm band Kato, a graphic design initiative called bigskydesign and youthaction. each of these projects had the aim of resourcing Christian ministry and youthwork around the UK. since this time the vision has grown and developed into one that has taken the work to many corners of Europe and the World.

heart >
the heart of the bigskytrust is to work with christian young people - both directly and through the development of resources - to encourage their gifts - develop their confidence - and to release them to go out and make disciples of others.

strategy >
 with vast experience in modern media as our backbone the bigskytrust is seeking, through each of our projects to instill confidence in each young person we work with - highlighting that the gifts they have been given are from the God that loves them today, and that their contribution to modern life as we know it is of immeasurable value.

some of our projects address this challenge directly - others seek to resource and encourage other workers in their local vision. but all are part of the same desire to resource and network creative ideas. bigskytrust is thinking locally and working globally.

needs >
since 1996 one full time worker has been running the initial projects for a varying gift/salary amounting to just £4000 a year. from the huge volume of work being completed by this one person we really need to try to increase this wage to an average salary.
the trust also needs your support to begin developing each of the departments. please read the departments / funding / and giving pages and consider praying for the trust and it's finances.

keith has worked in christian music since 1986, and has been developing project-based youthwork since 1996.

david works for Leeds & Bradford Diocese as well as being a lecturer in communications.
> peter bruderer
peter is director of the Godi youth network in Switzerland, and acts as reference to the vision of the youthaction trust, as well as protector for the trusts' funds.
> neil gallagher
neil works for a worldwide bank, with particular experience in handling international trust accounts, as well as previous experience running one of the UKs largest christian festivals.
